As per ISI and DIN or as per clients requirements and design with respect to prior information and Quotation.
Material Used
Sheet metal components are primarily manufactured from high carbon colled rolled spring steel EN9, EN42J, EN47, EN8. We also use aluminium, copper, brass to manufacture our product range as per the specification of our customer.
Thickness
A range of circlips and other products are being produced from various different sheets with different thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 6mm. We strictly follow the standards. Any deviation from the standards should be brought in with prior notice by the client.
Heat Treatment
For perfection in heat treatment at its best, we use sekar hearth furnace, salt bath furnace, electronic furnace, gas furnace, oil furnace. Different products are designed and treated with their respective strengths of heat and further measures are taken by lab reports.
Finish
We provide finishing in various varieties including blue color, blackening, copper, phosphate, zinc (any color), nickel, trivalent, chrome etc as per our customer's requirement.
